Lympne Castle is situated in the village of Lympne, which overlooks the Romney Marsh. The Castle overlooks the flat expannse of the Romney Marsh. After the vows are said the entire wedding party will move out onto the courtyard for drinks and canapes. The terraced gardens and courtyard itself make for great photography with the flat expanse of he Romney Marshes in the background. Lympne Castle is very photogenic with its flint walls, arches and stepped gardens; Every aspect of the castle is superb for wedding photography.

The Great Hall at Lympne Castle can accommodate one hundred and twenty wedding guests. There is a large and separate bar area and many little areas dotted around for the wedding guests too. During winter there's a roaring fire, or two around the interior of the castle. During the Christmas period there is an enormous Christmas tree in the Great Hall.
One thing to consider with Lympne Castle is it has arguably one of the best interiors of any wedding venue in Kent should the weather turn foul. This is particulary useful for a winter wedding when the light is lost early. The Oak-panelled rooms, fireplaces, window seats, long atmospheric corridors all make for some stunning interior photography.
